How much protein do you need and what are the best sources?
A few years ago, protein was mostly associated with bodybuilders and shaker bottles at the gym. Today, though, it’s everywhere: protein yoghurts, protein bars, high-protein coffees and shakes line the shelves of every shop. But do we really need more protein, or is this just another nutrition trend?
