The Data Controller sends a newsletter to its business partners every month regarding current
promotional products and other useful information, based on its legitimate interest in facilitating
the performance of the contract between them. The Data Controller only uses the personal data
specified here for the purpose of sending newsletters.

Other data processed by the Data Controller: newsletter opens, clicks on links in
newsletters. The Data Controller does not process these data for statistical purposes but
to track which business partners have actually received the important information.
Purpose of data processing:
The Data Controller processes your personal data for the purpose of sending newsletters, based
on its legitimate interest in promoting sales. Since both the Data Controller and the data subject
have an interest in maximizing sales based on their contract, the Data Controller informs the
data subject about current offers, services, promotions, and other useful content in the
newsletters. The Data Controller has conducted a legitimate interest assessment, determining
that sharing certain information serves the interests of the data subject as well. The Data
Controller also provides the option to object to the processing for newsletter purposes by using
the unsubscribe button.
Duration of data processing:
The Data Controller will process your personal data for the duration of the contract between you
and the Data Controller. If you object to the processing by using the unsubscribe button, the
Data Controller will no longer use your personal data for newsletter purposes but will continue
processing it only for the performance of the contract.

The Data Controller uses services for the professional operation of the newsletter system.
Maileon Newsletter System: The Data Controller sends newsletters to its business
partners through this system, which records the following data: name, email address.

Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Data Controller and its partners).
Rights of the data subject concerning data processing:
The data subject may request access to their personal data (information), its rectification,
deletion, or restriction of its processing, and may object to the processing of their data.
Requests can be submitted using the contact details provided above. The Data Controller will
inform the data subject of the measures taken within one month of receiving the request. If
necessary, this deadline may be extended by two months, considering the complexity and
number of requests. The Data Controller will notify the data subject within one month if an
extension is needed.
In case of a deletion or objection request, the Data Controller will assess whether it lawfully
processes the personal data based on applicable laws and whether the legitimate interests of
the Data Controller or its contractual partner prevail. Data processing will only continue if the
legal conditions are met.
Rights of the data subject:
a) Right of access: The data subject has the right to request feedback from the Data Controller
on whether their personal data is being processed and to request information on the details of
the processing.
b) Right to rectification: The data subject has the right to request the correction of inaccurate
personal data concerning them or to have incomplete personal data completed without undue
delay.
c) Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): The data subject can request the termination of
data processing via email or postal mail using the contact details provided above. The Data
Controller will take all reasonable steps to notify the data processors of the request for
termination.
d) Right to object: The data subject has the right to object to the processing of their personal
data at any time based on the Data Controller’s legitimate interest.
e) Right to restrict processing: The data subject may request that the Data Controller restricts
the processing if the accuracy of the data is contested, the processing is unlawful, the Data
Controller no longer needs the data for processing purposes, but the data subject requires it for
legal claims, or the data subject has objected to the processing.
Right to legal remedy:
If the data subject believes that the processing of their personal data violates data protection
regulations, they have the right to bring the matter before a court or file a complaint with the
supervisory authority (Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of

The data subject may initiate legal proceedings for the protection of their data. In such cases,
