Fitness gingerbread cookie

Ingredients:

  • 125 gr DiaWellness low-carb flour
  • 125 gr oatmeal
  • 100 gr erythritol
  • 2 tbsp DM organic honey
  • 125 gr organic vegetable margarine (cold)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 flat tbsp gingerbread spice mix
  • 2 tbsp gingerbread BioTechUSA Iso Whey Zero protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation:

Mix the two types of flours with the cold margarine, add the erythrite, protein powder, gingerbread spice, baking powder, salt, egg and honey. Mix the dough until well-blended and firm, wrap in foil and refrigerate it for 35-30 minutes.

After 30 minutes roll the dough flat on a floured board 0.5cm thick and cut the cookies with various shapes. Place them on baking sheet covered with baking paper, glaze the top with egg white and bake it for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
